What you share
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, device details, and any photos you choose to upload. A serial number or IMEI helps Dave evaluate a device; you can say when you cannot find it. Please do not send passwords, account sign-in details, or unrelated personal information.
How it is used
Dave uses your information to respond, understand the device, and discuss buying, selling, or trading. Inquiries and photos are stored privately using the site’s Cloudflare services. They are not displayed in the public device catalogue or sold for marketing. Dave checks the private inquiry inbox; email notifications are not currently enabled.
Photos and storage
The form creates smaller JPEG copies for viewing and removes embedded photo metadata, including location metadata. Your original photo stays on your device. Submitted inquiries and photos expire after 30 days; unfinished drafts expire after one day. Expired records are removed during automatic routine cleanup when the form or private inbox is used, and are unavailable for viewing after expiry.
Keeping the form working
The server uses a hashed network address for a short-term submission limit. It is stored with the inquiry and expires with it. The form keeps your entries in memory while the page is open so you can retry a failed submission. The private editor stores its access key only for the current browser session.
Questions or removal requests
Contact Doubleupdaves@outlook.com about the information you submitted or to request earlier removal. Calling or emailing Dave directly is always an alternative to the form.
